Stand Up Paddle-boarding, or SUP as is the more commonly used abbreviation, is the newest and fastest growing addition to the water sports world and for one good reason; anyone can do it! And now we are combining yoga and SUP!
DURATION:
2.5 hour guided session (2 hours on the water)
PRE-REQUISITES:
Candidates must be water confident, and ideally should be able to swim (this is desirable but not essential).
Board, Paddle, Leash & Buoyancy Aid provided.
DETAILS:
The sessions last for 2.5 hours, and are aimed to teach people the joy of SUP with professional Yoga tuition. No experience needed.
We shall teach the basics of SUP to move about for paddling to a quiet spot to drop anchor and explore some basic yoga and meditation.
Our instructors are all qualified/insured paddlesports coaches and yoga teachers with bags of experience and an unwavering passion for bringing out the best in others.
We like to think that as well as learning something new, you are paddling towards a new lifestyle and once you’ve had a go, your hooked.
Our Thursday night sessions are led by Lucy who is from Norfolk and trained in Massage, Reiki, Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda in Spain (Yoga Alliance Certified). Her passion is to share the gift of yoga and massage to help people use it to find their happiness, balance and express themselves. She creates wellbeing classes, events, retreats, SUP Yoga locally and internationally for families, pregnancy, babies, children, teens, adults, special needs and elderly.

Guided yoga session cost £40 per person for approx. 2.5 hours
£25 if you bring your SUP and paddle and leash
