Recommended clothing for your pool session would be shorts/leggings and t-shirt over swim wear. You may want some beach water shoes to wear, although not essential, help keep your feet warm. We recommend a jumper/ fleece you don’t mind getting wet but as a layer to keep warm.
No food or drink allowed poolside. It is advisable to wait at least 30 minutes after eating, prior to the session as there is likely to be some exertion. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
You should arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session in order to be signed in and changed ready for the session to start. We strongly advise wearing shorts and t shirt as a minimum over swimwear and bringing goggles and nose clip. Further information will be sent after booking and payment received.
Please note you cannot bring your own kayak or SUP. Potentially your own paddle and spray deck but these must be thoroughly washed and cleaned before being used in the pool. This will be at the coaches discretion if equipment is clean enough to use.
